Paul Fenaroli

Paul is the Chairman & CEO and a Board Member of Examinetics. He has overall responsibility for the strategy development and implementation, operational execution, and organization and culture of the Company.

Prior to joining Examinetics, Paul was Managing Director of Verus Strategic Advisors, working with CEOs, Boards and financial sponsors of medium and large sized companies around the nation in growing their businesses and creating value for stakeholders.  Paul has also been a Partner in the Boston Consulting Group, Chief Strategy Officer at two public companies, and a CPA with Ernst & Young.

He has authored an award-winning book on healthcare management and is the author of numerous white papers on topics ranging from business strategy to operations and financial management to digital commerce.

Paul holds an MBA with Distinction in Strategic Management and Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he was named a Russell Palmer Scholar, graduating in the top 5% of the class. He also holds a BS in Business and Economics, with majors in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University.
