Gary Gluzberg
Chief Executive OfficerGary is the CEO and a Board Member of Examinetics and has been with the Company since 2020. He has overall responsibility for strategy development and implementation, operational execution, and organization & culture of the Company. Prior to Examinetics, Gary worked in various corporate roles at public and private equity owned businesses. He has also worked as a private equity investment professional and began his career as an investment banker. Gary received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Michigan State University.

Matt Farmer
Chief Operating OfficerMatt Farmer is Examinetics’ Chief Operating Officer. He oversees Examinetics operations, including field technician teams, field training, fleet operations, Salux™ operations, and scheduling. Prior to Examinetics, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations at SelectQuote and also held various roles across Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business Analytics. Prior to Matt's corporate operational experience, he worked as a private equity investment professional and started his career as an investment banker in New York. Matt received an undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kansas.

Hank Stratemeier
Chief Technology & Information OfficerHank is the CTO of Examinetics and has been with the Company since 2020. He has overall responsibility for technology development and data operations. Prior to Examinetics, Hank worked in various Technology, Finance, and Sales operations roles in public and private companies. Hank received both his BA and MBA from Rockhurst University as well as an Executive Scholar Certificate from Northwestern’s Kellogg school of Management.

Melinda Tiffany
VP, FinanceMelinda is VP of Finance and has been with Examinetics since 1990. She has overall responsibility for managing the company’s financial operations, including financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and risk management.

Mike Pelz
VP, Health & Safety SolutionsMike is Vice President of Health and Safety Solutions and joined the Examinetics team in 2024 with the acquisition of 1 Source, where he was Vice President of Operations. His primary responsibilities include the oversight of sales and program development. Mike has over 30 years’ industry experience in occupational health and safety, helping our clients implement safety programs that are efficient, effective, and fully compliant. Mike received a BS of Industrial Engineering from Illinois State University.

Mike Marchinetti
VP, Strategy & Business DevelopmentMike is VP of Strategy and Business Development. He is responsible for developing & implementing Examinetics' commercial strategy and manages channel sales & strategic partnerships. Prior to Examinetics, Mike was an Associate Partner at OC&C Strategy Consultants, a boutique strategy consulting firm where he worked for twelve years. Mike received his BA from Williams College.

Chad Coleman
VP, Marketing & Client SuccessChad is Vice President of Marketing and Client Success and has been with the Company since 2018. He has overall responsibility for all marketing strategies & execution. Additionally, he leads the Client Success team consisting of Account Managers, Compliance Specialists, and Support Specialists. Prior to Examinetics, Chad worked in various corporate marketing and ad agency roles.

Chris Zeller
VP, Field OperationsChris is Vice President of Field Operations. He oversees the team of nationwide field technicians and delivery of all services onsite at client facilities. Prior to Examinetics, Chris served in the U.S. Navy for 26 years until his retirement from Active-Duty in March 2023. Chris received both his MSE and BS from the University of Kansas.

Nancy Burford
VP, Human ResourcesNancy Burford is the Vice President of Human Resources and has been with the Company since 2022. Nancy has overall responsibility for creating and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company’s objectives, fosters a positive work environment, and ensures legal compliance while overseeing recruitment, and performance management. Prior to joining Examinetics, Nancy worked for Sprint, H&R Block, and Dillard’s. She maintains both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications and is the former President of SHRM-KC and District Director for the Missouri HR State Council.
Health and Safety Expertise

Frank Messana, DO, MRO, CIME
President, Injury & Clinical Services; Medical DirectorDr. Messana is the Examinetics Medical Director overseeing clinical services, injury management services, drug & alcohol testing services, regulatory compliance services, and the ergonomics program. He is the founder of 1 Source, which was acquired by Examinetics in 2024. Prior to founding 1 Source in 2013, Dr. Messana co-founded an occupational medical clinic in Northwest Indiana in 2002, where he treated injury patients, performed screening examinations, and served as a Certified Independent Medical Examiner and Medical Review Officer.

Michael Levine, MD, MPH, MRO, FACOEM
Medical DirectorDr. Levine has been with Examinetics since 2022, becoming Medical Director in 2024. He holds medical licenses in all 50 states, Washington DC, and Guam. Dr. Levine is board certified in Internal Medicine and Occupational Medicine. He has a private practice in Occupational Medicine in Williamsburg, Virginia since 2001.
Dr. Levine has been associated with the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) for many years, serving on their Board of Directors since 2018. He is past president of the Southeastern College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He has been a frequent contributor to ACOEM policy statements and a regular presenter of continuing medical education at national and regional Occupational Medicine Conferences.

Constantine Gean, MD, MS, MBA, MRO, FACOEM
Chief Medical OfficerDr. Gean has been board-certified in Occupational Medicine for over 30 years. He has MBA and MS Toxicology degrees, is an ACOEM Fellow, and is lead author of The Pocket Drug Guide and The Index of Prescription Drugs.
On volunteer faculty at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), he has worked in the oil and gas, aerospace, chemical, mining, entertainment and insurance industries. He has consulted with the County of Los Angeles, Teva Pharmaceuticals, and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

James Testo, CSP, CIH
Vice President, EHS Risk ManagementJim Testo is a recognized leader in the development and implementation of corporate and facility EHS programs. He has both Industrial Hygiene and Safety professional certifications, and more than 30 years of experience leading EHS programs.
Jim is the founder of EHS Risk Management, which was acquired by Examinetics in 2024. Prior to founding EHS Risk Management in 2017, Jim was an EHS leader at General Electric for more than 10 years and then created various safety consulting business.

Steve Valentine, CIH
VP, Operations – EHS Risk ManagementSteve is a Certified Industrial Hygienist with more than 30 years of experience in industrial hygiene and safety management. His role includes expert professional safety and health consulting services, business leadership, management and coordination of professional staff, and management of strategic projects and project deliverables. Steve has extensive experience in both facility and corporate environments. He has comprehensive expertise in Environmental, Health, and Safety programs through every stage of implementation and management.

Karen Kono, RN, COHN
Director, Medical ServicesKaren is an RN, who is board certified in occupational health. She has been with Examinetics since 2020. She oversees our team of medical review nurses and works closely with our physicians to develop and maintain medical protocols. Karen is also heavily involved in training our internal and field teams on regulatory compliance. She has 30 years of experience managing occupational health and safety needs for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, electric utilities and healthcare IT.

Cassie Ford, M.A., CCC-A, CPS/A
Manager, Audiology ServicesCassie has worked as an occupational audiologist for Examinetics since 2000 and became the Manager of Audiology Services in 2022. She leads our team of full-time occupational audiologists who are responsible for ensuring that all hearing testing done for our customers are compliant and for serving as professional supervisors of our clients’ hearing conservation programs. Cassie is certified as both a course director and a professional supervisor by the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation. Before joining Examinetics, she worked in public health and private practice audiology. Cassie received her MA in Audiology from the University of Iowa.

Sandy Schmitz, BSN, RN
Manager, Injury ManagementSandy is responsible for the oversight of the Nurses, EMTs/Paramedics and MA’s that make up the injury management team. Prior to Examinetics, Sandy had an extensive background in Emergency Nursing, Surgical Nursing, and Occupational Health. She graduated with a BSN from Indiana University.
